Forrest was great to work with. He did a great job of making us feel comfortable and explaining the process. He was always responsive and communicative, but never pushy. We found a great home at the lower end of our budget (surprising, I know). Other real estate agents would push you to buy the most expensive property you can, but Forrest was still supportive and hooked us up with a ton of great resources and recommendations to help with our renovations.
